The Animal Shop products are guaranteed to6 months for manufacturing damage. It is not responsible for damages caused other than these, such as the misuse of the product (eg bites). The charge for shipments depends on the city where it will be sent.

The use of our products is exclusively for pets, made of friendly materials for them. 

There is no exchange of our personalized products.

Outside of Bogota and other cities 10 thousand pesos  (10,000 COP)

Free of charge with collection at authorized point The Animal Shop.
